Tess is the co-founder of Eat Think Move, and has a wealth of experience designing bespoke fitness programmes. She’s also a yoga teacher, personal trainer, sports massage therapist, biomechanics specialist and nutritionist, and with her all-star cast of instructors, she runs our summer outdoor weekend fitness programme, specially curated to help our N mums and dads reshape, revive and restore their bodies.
