Will I get any training?

Yes, lots! You will start with a thorough Induction where we cover all of the basics and our policies and procedures. This is supported by lots of on the job coaching, 2 INSET days a year and all of the mandatory Early Years courses like First Aid and Safeguarding.

We then tailor your training to your needs and aspirations. We are supporting N Team members through various apprenticeship qualifications and our N Academy.
