For 2022 we’ve created n-Flex, a new kind of full-time working week, which allows you to choose between our brand new 4-day, 36-hour week, the classic 5-day, 40-hour week, or perhaps doing something in between with our 36 hour +flexi-overtime offer. Whatever you decide, you are in the driving seat. We work hard to give our team flexible options to suit their lives, and have a variety of part-time, lunch cover and job shares available. We are also looking for team members to join our bank team, who have flexibility around when they work from day-to-day and week-to-week. Check out our careers page for more information.Do I have to work during weekend events?
We have three big full nursery weekend events for families a year, and we ask all team members to help out at these. A summer sports day, a Halloween Party and a Christmas Party. As well as being fun for families, they're a lot of fun for teams too! We also have 2 team parties a year which also fall on weekends: our annual summer BBQ and yearly winter bash.Do I have to wear a uniform?
We don’t make you wear a uniform! Instead, our nursery teams wear lanyards, and we give all those working in the nursery rooms £100 a year towards work clothing as part of our team benefits package. How does the Company Induction work for new team members including our flexible Bank team?
Your journey with N Family Club starts from day 1 of you joining, where all new team members join our 'Big Vision' induction which always takes place onsite. Once the contract has been signed you will receive a 'First Day' email with everything you need to know about Day 1 along with our dress code and benefits document. Our induction is always on a Monday and we ask everyone to arrive at 9:00am on your first day, so someone from the Management team can welcome you and take a copy of your Right to Work ID and get you ready for the induction which starts at exactly 9.30am and finishes at approx 1.30pm. The rest of the training and induction will be allocated to you by the Manager, depending on your job role with N Family.
