Senior Nursery Manager
With a career in childcare spanning back to 2002, Nadia is uniquely equipped with an NVQ3, a Montessori Diploma, and a degree in Science. Her passion lies in helping children achieve their full potential, and she prioritizes working closely with parents to ensure harmony between home and nursery life. For Nadia, the most rewarding aspect of her role is witnessing the spark of new understanding in a child’s eyes. A proud mother of two, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and sharing meals or movies with her friends.
Deputy Nursery Manager
Morven grew up in Sunningdale, Ascot, spent some time living in London, and now calls Kintbury home. With 20 years of experience in Early Years, Morven is passionate about delivering the highest possible quality of childcare. She’s always eager to learn new skills and gain fresh knowledge. Morven’s dedication to her work is matched only by her love for family adventures - she loves spending time with her husband and their two daughters. Family walks with their two dogs and beach outings are some of her favorite activities.

Please note: a multi-day discount has been applied to all 4 and 5 day places. For funded places, a discount has been applied to the additional charges (age group dependent and excluding 2 day places). Fees are calculated based on the 51 weeks of the year that N is open, averaged into 12 monthly payments. Monthly payments will include bank and public holidays as well as inset days, which are payable in full in spite of closure, as our monthly staffing costs remain the same.

3 years +: £87.50 per standard day
Fees include all food, drink, consumables and activities.
Fees are due in advance, and we issue invoices mid-month for the following month with Direct Debits taken on the 27th of each month. For Payments via Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers; fees are due by the last day of the month. Unfortunately there can be no refunds for sickness or holidays. Any fee increases will be communicated 2 months before affecting your invoice and are based on the nursery’s running costs.
You can extend the standard day (8-6pm) by up to an hour each way at the same hourly rate on a pay as you go basis - i.e. £9.25/hr for under 3s or £8.75/hr for 3 years+; equivalent to £2.31/15mins or £2.18/15mins.
Front of House Manager
After completing her NNEB, NVQ3, and Chiltern Certificate, Catherine embarked on an exciting journey with Disney Cruise Line, spending seven adventurous years at sea exploring the globe. Following a period living in the USA, she eventually returned home to Berkshire permanently. Joining N Family Club has allowed her to reconnect with her deep roots in childcare, a transition that has brought her immense happiness. Outside of her professional life, Catherine is a dedicated fan of the theatre and movies, and she especially loves walking her beloved fur-baby.
To join the waiting list at N, families are required to pay a waiting list registration fee of £250.
On accepting a place, this fee will become a non-refundable joining fee, and you’ll be asked to pay a £400 place acceptance fee, which will be deducted from your final invoice.

A sensitive restoration of an impressive period property, the nursery is filled with character while equally purpose-built to support every element of our early years curriculum. Our ten large playrooms are filled with natural light. There’s an awe-inspiring atelier playing host to our N Extras, while outside, the garden comes complete with a messy play area and baby zone.
We’re all about making things easier for our families, and the car park, buggy, bike, and scooter stores mean you can head off hands-free after drop-off. Even better, our welcoming N café will serve (much-needed!) coffee and snacks, meaning you’ll be set up for the day in just the right way!

Multi-day discounts are included in 4 day plans (5% discount) and full time plans (7.5% discount). We offer a discount if you have two or more siblings in nursery at the same time (7%). The discount is applied to your eldest child's plan. A 10% NHS discount is included in a limited number of 4 and 5 day plans.
In cases of healthcare or childcare emergencies, we can offer up to a maximum of 5 emergency day swaps per year, subject to availability. An agreed emergency day swap is to be used in the same calendar month as the absence. Bank holidays and nursery closures are exempt.
Subject to availability, you can purchase extra ad hoc days at the standard daily rate. Ad hoc days can be booked a maximum of two weeks before the requested date.
We provide exceptional care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
