Beccy pursued a degree in Early Childhood to build a fulfilling career beyond a mere job, gaining valuable knowledge in psychology and influential theories that shaped her identity. With hands-on leadership, she progresses through various roles, actively collaborating with her team to generate enriching learning experiences for children, while also enjoying challenges, baking, and spending time with friends in Surrey.
Deputy Nursery Manager
With over 30 years in early years teaching, Robyn trained in New Zealand with a focus on family collaboration, outdoor education, and the Reggio Emilia approach. After moving to the UK for a working holiday 25 years ago, she has successfully blended her love for teaching with her passion for travel. Outside work, Robyn enjoys the gym, walking her dog, and spending time with her daughter.

Please note: a multi-day discount has been applied to all 4 and 5 day places. For funded places, a discount has been applied to the additional charges (age group dependent and excluding 2 day places). Fees are calculated based on the 51 weeks of the year that N is open, averaged into 12 monthly payments. Monthly payments will include bank and public holidays as well as inset days, which are payable in full in spite of closure, as our monthly staffing costs remain the same.

Fees include all food, drink, consumables and activities.
Fees are due in advance, and we issue invoices mid-month for the following month with Direct Debits taken on the 27th of each month. For Payments via Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers; fees are due by the last day of the month. Unfortunately there can be no refunds for sickness or holidays. Any fee increases will be communicated 2 months before affecting your invoice and are based on the nursery’s running costs.
You can extend the standard day (8-6pm) by up to an hour each way at the same hourly rate on a pay as you go basis - i.e. £11.25/hr for under 3s or £10.20/hr for 3 years+; equivalent to £2.81/15mins or £2.55/15mins.
Kate spent 12 years working in recruitment and people functions. She has always loved working with people, customer-facing roles, operations and organisation. Viktorija is a dedicated Early Years professional known for fostering nurturing, stimulating environments. With extensive expertise in child development, team coordination, and regulatory compliance, she creates a positive atmosphere where staff and children feel truly valued. Viktorija is committed to providing the individual attention each child needs to flourish, ensuring they reach their full potential through personalised support and engaging daily practices.
To join the waiting list at N, families are required to pay a waiting list registration fee of £250.
On accepting a place, this fee will become a non-refundable joining fee, and you’ll be asked to pay a £400 place acceptance fee, which will be deducted from your final invoice.

Our ten large playrooms are filled with natural light. There’s an awe-inspiring atelier playing host to our N Extras, while outside, the garden comes complete with a messy play area and baby zone.
We’re all about making things easier for our families, and the car park, buggy, bike, and scooter stores mean you can head off hands-free after drop-off. Even better, our welcoming N café will serve (much-needed!) coffee and snacks, meaning you’ll be set up for the day in just the right way!

Multi-day discounts are included in 4 day plans (5% discount) and full time plans (7.5% discount). We also offer a discount if you have two or more siblings in nursery at the same time (7%). The discount is applied to your eldest child's plan.
In cases of healthcare or childcare emergencies we can offer up to a maximum of 5 emergency day swaps per year, subject to availability. An agreed emergency day swap is to be used in the same calendar month as the absence. Bank holidays and nursery closures are exempt.
Subject to availability, you can purchase extra ad hoc days at the standard daily rate. Ad hoc days can be booked a maximum of two weeks before the requested date.
