What happens if I don’t pick up before the nursery closes?

We set our opening and closing times based on feedback from our families. If you are running late and think you won’t arrive until after closing, we ask that you give the nursery a call and let us know at the earliest possible opportunity. We would only implement our late collection policy for families who haven’t given us prior notification.
