We believe nurseries are more important than ever before. As well as being crucial years for your child’s development and preparation for life in the modern world, it’s also the place for families to come together.
We’ve gone to great lengths to create an inspiring environment that ensures the best possible start for your children, and feels like a home-from-home for our families and team.
Working with leading experts, we’ve created a progressive learning programme that is unique to N, and entirely bespoke to each child. Our outstanding early years Educators build on each child’s individual strengths and passions, encouraging them to grow at their own pace.

Today we celebrate an incredible moment: N is now home to 50 nurseries across the UK.
This achievement is a celebration of every child who has joined our family, every parent and carer who has walked through our doors, and every educator who pours their heart into what they do each day.
Our vision has always been simple: to create nurseries that feel like a home-from-home, while providing the highest-quality, most-loved early years education. That means a bespoke curriculum that sparks curiosity, meals that nourish, and a community where families feel supported.
Reaching this milestone takes us back to where it all began in 2017, when we set out to rethink early years education. With 50 nurseries now open, our purpose feels clearer than ever. We remain dedicated to creating exceptional early years experiences that become part of each child’s story long after their time with us.
We’re incredibly proud to share that we’ve been awarded a RoSPA Silver Award for 2025! This prestigious health and safety award recognises our dedication to creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children in our care. At N, safety is at the heart of everything we do, from the way we first design our spaces to how we carry out our daily routines. Receiving this award means we’ve met rigorous standards that go above and beyond basic requirements, ensuring children can thrive in a place where their wellbeing always comes first.
As N grows, our impact grows, and we don’t take this responsibility lightly. Our Impact Report celebrates the big and small wins, tracks our progress and holds us to account for the impact we make on the planet and the people around us. Here are the highlights:
2024 saw us achieve 26 Eco-School Green Flags - the perfect way to celebrate the ecological achievements of our children and teams.
We celebrated becoming Great Place To Work certified in September 2024 and ranked 30th on the UK Best Workplaces list.
18 children benefited from a fully-funded place at one of our nurseries - furthering our commitment to offering children access to the highest quality early years education.
We will be recertifying for B Corp in 2025 to continue our pledge to building a better, fairer world for future generations.

We’re proud to share that N Hove has been shortlisted as a finalist in the prestigious Education Property Awards - a recognition that reflects the vision, collaboration, and care that went into creating a space where children can truly thrive.
Since opening our first nursery in Stoke Newington in 2017, we have expanded to 48 locations across London, the Home Counties, Cambridge, Sussex and the West Midlands. This growth has been fuelled by our commitment to reimagining early years education through thoughtfully designed spaces that spark curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.
As we continue to grow, we remain focused on our mission to create environments where children and families can flourish - and this shortlisting is a proud testament to the passion and dedication of our entire team.
