Rethinking Early Years Education
Here at N, we’re on a mission to rethink early years, offering a fresh educational outlook to prepare children for life in the modern world. Working with leading early years experts, we’ve blended our own unique curriculum, taking influence from a variety of learning philosophies including Reggio Emilia and Bruner. We believe that our bespoke approach, combined with the learning outlined by the EYFS, supports all of our children to play and explore, be active learners and critical thinkers.

Aamira
Assistant Deputy Manager
Aamira has been a dedicated and passionate member of the team, starting as an Educator and advancing to Room Manager through her hard work and commitment. Her dedication has earned her a well-deserved promotion to an Assistant Deputy Manager. Outside of work, she loves baking delicious sweet treats and indulging in spa retreats.
Maddiy
Support Manager
Maddiy has been working in the field of childcare since 2006 and holds an NVQ level 3 in childcare as well as a degree in business management. She has a deep passion for working with children and is dedicated to bringing awe and wonder into their everyday lives. She is particularly passionate about taking children out into the community and helping them to become familiar with and understand their local environment.
Zita Maria
Front of House Manager
Zita Maria joined the Early Years field driven by her passion for fostering a positive and safe environment for children, finding great satisfaction in supporting their development and growth. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Photography and brings her creative eye to her role in the Early Years sector. Outside of work, you’ll often find her immersed in a good book or exploring art and photography exhibitions around London.

Whilst the Government funding is structured for 38 weeks of the year (term time), our places are for 51 weeks of the year and so the funded hours are stretched over the 51 weeks that we’re open. Applied over 51 weeks, the funding equates to 11.18 hours per week. The same principle applies for the 30 hour funding.
