Nursery Manager

Chelsea is an experienced leader, having managed multiple nurseries in London, all of which have received either an "Outstanding" or "Good" rating from Ofsted. She is very passionate about the children in her care and always makes decisions with their benefit in mind. Chelsea's other passion is team building which coincides with a love of staff development. In her free time, she enjoys reading a good book or listening to music.
