Will I get any training?
Yes, lots! You will start with a thorough Induction where we cover all of the basics and our policies and procedures. This is supported by lots of on the job coaching, 2 INSET days a year and all of the mandatory Early Years courses like First Aid and Safeguarding. We then tailor your training to your needs and aspirations. We are supporting N Team members through various apprenticeship qualifications and our N Academy.I have only a Level 2 Early Years qualification. Can I complete Level 3 with the support of N?
Definitely. We are really committed to your ongoing professional development at N. You can apply for an apprenticeship with us to complete your Level 3 and learn on the job in one of our nurseries.
