Do I have to work during weekend events?

We have three big full nursery weekend events for families a year, and we ask all team members to help out at these. A summer sports day, a Halloween Party and a Christmas Party. As well as being fun for families, they’re a lot of fun for teams too! We also have 2 team parties a year which also fall on weekends: our annual summer BBQ and yearly winter bash.
