Educated educators
A unique learning programme
Family partnership
Raising a family in today's world is a balancing act between work, home life, wellbeing and responsibilities, your child's development, and your own too. This is why we created N - with your whole family in mind. Everything we do puts you and your child first.
To be the highest quality, and most loved, early childhood education group in the world.
We believe that teaching children is the most important job in the world which is why we recruit and train our team to be outstanding educators. Development is fundamental to this and we support our educators to pursue training through our in-house Academy. This ensures the very best learning environment for your child and promotes a culture of continuous development among our team.

Choosing a nursery is a big decision and we are here for our families to give them support, advice, and a much-needed helping hand along the way. We believe that when a nursery and family work together in harmony, it leads to the best outcomes for the child. From our open-door policy that invites families to chat to nursery managers whenever they need, informational handovers at the end of every day between you and your child's key person, and take-away leaflets on all things relating to child development, our nurseries are here to support your family with the joys and challenges of your child's learning journey.
Designed to inspire and prepare children to thrive in our busy and ever-changing world, our N Curriculum focuses on four key areas: Holistic health - developing mind, body and a rich understanding of self and others through physical activities, emotional literacy experiences, mindfulness and yoga. Self expression - freedom and confidence to unleash inner creativity through words, movement, music, books, and art. Global responsibility - building a deep connection to the surrounding world through regular trips, along with an appreciation for culture, community, diversity, and sustainability. Inventive ideas - delighting in the scientific and mathematical structures that support everyday life in everything from technology to cooking - and the mysteries yet to be solved.
We’ve gone to great lengths to create inspiring and innovative spaces to ensure the best possible start for your child and to feel like a home-from-home for your family and our team.

The Front of House (reception) is where your family will be greeted everyday. You’ll find a screen displaying the weekly menu and other key messages that the nursery team want to communicate to families.

The N Café has been designed as a relaxation space for our families to enjoy. Here, you’ll be able to grab a team, coffee, and freshly-baked pastry, and catch up with other families before you head off.

We aim to instil a love of reading in every child we educate and the N Lending Library invites families to borrow books to read together in the home.

A baby family room is designed to create a sense of warmth and cosiness for our youngest children. Taking inspiration from Elizabeth Jarman, a leading expert on early years spaces, the rooms feature finger gyms, block play, sensory stations, and cosy areas for sleep and rest.

With dedicated areas to explore and play in, a toddler family room is equipped with lots of engaging resources to support your child as they progress on their learning journey. Here, your child can dress up, discover a world of make-believe, and cosy up in a reading nook with their friends.

Equipped with educational resources to support our school-ready programme, a preschool family room will be where your child is prepared for the next big step in their academic journey.

The atelier is a creative area for your child to express themselves through imagination and experimentation. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia educational approach, the atelier is designed to encourage collaboration as well as creativity.

Every N nursery has an on-site kitchen where your child’s meals and snacks are prepared and cooked from scratch each day by a trained chef. We believe that good, nutritionally balanced food fuel and nourish a child’s mind and body.

In a messy play zone, your child will engage in Forest School inspired activities - learning about bugs, insects and living creatures. They will develop an understanding of the natural world and how to care for plants and trees.

The outdoor gym is an area where your child can engage in physical activity on a gross motor scale. They can climb, jump, run, balance, and use trikes, bikes and scooters. There will also be lots of opportunities to learn group games and simple sporting skills such as throwing, catching and kicking.

With a strong focus on encouraging the development of gross motor skills, the workshop area in the N garden will see your child build and construct larger objects. This promotes critical thinking, problem solving and collaboration with their peers.
We’ve assembled a stellar team of experienced early years education specialists, who have developed our unique curriculum and support our nursery teams in delivering it every day.
