How does the Company Induction work for new team members including our flexible Bank team?

Your journey with N Family Club starts from day 1 of you joining, where all new team members join our ‘Big Vision’ induction which always takes place onsite.

Once the contract has been signed you will receive a ‘First Day’ email with everything you need to know about Day 1 along with our dress code and benefits document.

Our induction is always on a Monday and we ask everyone to arrive at 9:00am on your first day, so someone from the Management team can welcome you and take a copy of your Right to Work ID and get you ready for the induction which starts at exactly 9.30am and finishes at approx 1.30pm. The rest of the training and induction will be allocated to you by the Manager, depending on your job role with N Family.
