We set our opening and closing times based on feedback from our parents and as such it’s exceptionally rare that a child will be at N after closing. If you are running late and it looks likely that this will be the case for you, we just ask that you give us a call and let us know at the earliest possible instance. We would only escalate & start following our late collection policy if we hadn’t yet heard from you.
