Deputy Nursery Manager
Carl has over 10 years of experience working in early childhood education, and is working towards his Level 5 qualification as an Early Years Lead Practitioner. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong passion for supporting young children’s learning, development, and wellbeing during their early years. He is committed to creating nurturing, inclusive environments where children feel safe, valued, and confident to learn and grow.

Deputy Nursery Manager
Rachel started her early years career through the N Family Club apprenticeship scheme when N Godalming first opened its doors in 2023. Prior to joining N, Rachel worked in marketing and communications across live entertainment, film and television, consumer brands, and the charity sector. Outside of nursery life, Rachel is likely to be found walking her dog, being unrealistically confident at a pub quiz, or getting her theatre fix at the West End.
To join the waiting list at N, families are required to pay a waiting list registration fee of £250.
On accepting a place, this fee will become a non-refundable joining fee, and you’ll be asked to pay a £400 place acceptance fee, which will be deducted from your final invoice.
We’re committed to offering you a nursery experience like no other; and with Godalming, we’ve gone all out. Just a stone’s throw away from Godalming train station, our seven large playrooms are filled with natural light. There’s a dedicated atelier for children to explore art, cooking and wonderfully messy play. Outside, the garden is perfect for outdoor learning and Forest School-inspired sessions, and comes complete with a dedicated baby zone.
We’re all about making things easier for our families, and the car park, buggy, bike, and scooter stores mean you can head off hands-free after drop-off. Even better, our welcoming N Café will serve (much-needed!) coffee and snacks, meaning you’ll be set up for the day in just the right way!
