Nursery Manager
With over a decade of experience in childcare, Barbora is a dedicated Nursery Manager holding a Level 5 qualification in early years education. A passionate advocate for inclusivity, she possesses extensive expertise in supporting children with special needs (SEN) and fostering environments where everyone can thrive. Her background as a bilingual teacher further enhances language development. In her personal time, Barbora enjoys travelling, walking her dog, and crafting with her son.
Deputy Manager
Michelle joined N Family in 2023 as a Baby Room Manager and has since become a Deputy Manager. She is also the SENDCO and recently completed her Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner qualification. In her spare time, Michelle is passionate about arts, crafts, and baking, and enjoys spending time with her family and pet Bearded dragon. She also loves going to the cinema, theatre, and listening to audiobooks.

Please note: a multi-day discount has been applied to all 4 and 5 day places. For funded places, a discount has been applied to the additional charges (age group dependent and excluding 2 day places). Fees are calculated based on the 51 weeks of the year that N is open, averaged into 12 monthly payments. Monthly payments will include bank and public holidays as well as inset days, which are payable in full in spite of closure, as our monthly staffing costs remain the same.

3 years +: £110.00 per standard day
Fees include all food, drink, consumables and activities.
Fees are due in advance, and we issue invoices mid-month for the following month with Direct Debits taken on the 27th of each month. For Payments via Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers; fees are due by the last day of the month. Unfortunately there can be no refunds for sickness or holidays. Any fee increases will be communicated 2 months before affecting your invoice and are based on the nursery’s running costs.
You can extend the standard day (8-6pm) by up to an hour each way at the same hourly rate on a pay as you go basis - i.e. £12.05/hr for under 3s or £11.00/hr for 3 years+; equivalent to £3.01/15mins or £2.75/15mins.
To join the waiting list at N, families are required to pay a waiting list registration fee of £350.
On accepting a place, this fee will become a non-refundable joining fee, and you’ll be asked to pay a £400 place acceptance fee, which will be deducted from your final invoice.

Just a short walk from Richmond Park and Kingston train station, our two-storey nursery is filled with character while equally purpose-built to support every element of our early years curriculum. Our nine large playrooms are filled with natural light. There’s a specialist atelier, while outside, the zoned garden comes complete with a climbing frame and mud kitchen.
We’re all about making things easier for our families, and the generous buggy, scooter and bike stores mean you can head off hands-free after drop-off. Even better, our N Café will serve (much needed!) sustainable coffee and snacks, meaning you’ll be set up for the day in just the right way!

4-day plans (5% discount) and full-time plans (7.5% discount).
We offer a discount if you have two or more siblings in nursery at the same time (7%). The discount is applied to your eldest child's plan.
We offer a 10% NHS discount on a limited number of 4 and 5 day plans.
In cases of healthcare or childcare emergencies, we can offer up to a maximum of 5 emergency day swaps per year, subject to availability. An agreed emergency day swap is to be used in the same calendar month as the absence. Bank holidays and nursery closures are exempt.
Subject to availability, you can purchase extra ad hoc days at the standard daily rate. Ad hoc days can be booked a maximum of two weeks before the requested date.
