Senior Nursery Manager
Charlotte has over 10 years of experience in early years education. Seeing her own children develop and step into their own personalities inspired her to get into education herself. She’s beyond thrilled to be leading our wonderful team at N Tunbridge Wells to create a warm, ‘home away from home feel for all our children and families.
Deputy Nursery Manager
Rachel is a mum of 2 boys, and in her spare time, loves to explore the outdoors with them. She studied costume construction at university before switching gears and becoming an educator, a role she’s now held for over 10 years. She has an Early Years Teacher Status and feels privileged to be a part of the children’s learning journeys.
Front of House Manager
Raised and educated in Scotland, Leanne holds an NVQ in childcare and education. Her journey in the childcare sector began after school, with the exception of a travel break. Now she's an active member of a local running group and enjoys boxfit in her spare time.

Please note: a multi-day discount has been applied to all 4 and 5 day places. For funded places, a discount has been applied to the additional charges (age group dependent and excluding 2 day places). Fees are calculated based on the 51 weeks of the year that N is open, averaged into 12 monthly payments. Monthly payments will include bank and public holidays as well as inset days, which are payable in full in spite of closure, as our monthly staffing costs remain the same.

Fees are due in advance, and we issue invoices mid-month for the following month with Direct Debits taken on the 27th of each month. For Payments via Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers; fees are due by the last day of the month. Unfortunately there can be no refunds for sickness or holidays. Any fee increases will be communicated 2 months before affecting your invoice and are based on the nursery’s running costs.
You can extend the standard day (8-6pm) by up to an hour each way at the same hourly rate on a pay as you go basis - i.e. £11.15/hr for under 3s or £10.10/hr for 3 years+; equivalent to £2.78/15mins or £2.52/15mins.
To join the waiting list at N, families are required to pay a waiting list registration fee of £250.
On accepting a place, this fee will become a non-refundable joining fee, and you’ll be asked to pay a £400 place acceptance fee, which will be deducted from your final invoice.
Our Tunbridge Wells, Ofsted Outstanding nursery, is conveniently located in the heart of the town, near the train station. Every element of this space has been designed to inspire our children. Our nursery in Tunbridge Wells is packed full of features including a dedicated atelier and mini children’s kitchen. Outside, the garden delights with climbing equipment, water play area, gardening patch, and race-track.

4-day plans (5% discount) and full-time plans (7.5% discount).
We offer a discount if you have two or more siblings in nursery at the same time (7%). The discount is applied to your eldest child's plan.
In cases of healthcare or childcare emergencies, we can offer up to a maximum of 5 emergency day swaps per year, subject to availability. An agreed emergency day swap is to be used in the same calendar month as the absence. Bank holidays and nursery closures are exempt.
Subject to availability, you can purchase extra ad hoc days at the standard daily rate. Ad hoc days can be booked a maximum of two weeks before the requested date.
