Here at N, we’re on a mission to Rethink Early Years, offering a fresh educational outlook to prepare children for life in the modern world. Working with leading early years experts, we’ve blended our own unique curriculum, taking influence from a variety of learning philosophies including Reggio Emilia, Bruner, Forest School and Montessori. We were recently named the UK’s highest quality nursery group and we believe that our bespoke approach, combined with the learning outlined by the EYFS, supports all of our children to play and explore, be active learners and critical thinkers.
Our bespoke curriculum is split into four key pillars of learning:
Holistic health
Self expression
Global responsibility
Inventive ideas
We’ve worked with the former Head of Nutrition at Jamie Oliver, Laura Matthews, to make sure that we deliver a balanced menu that supports every child’s developmental needs. Our chefs prepare fresh meals in our cafe kitchen, everyday.
This week's menuCharlotte has over 10 years of experience in early years education. Seeing her own children develop and step into their own personalities inspired her to get into education herself. She’s beyond thrilled to be leading our wonderful team at N Tunbridge Wells to create a warm, ‘home away from home feel for all our children and families.
Jordan’s early years journey began 8 years ago. She started as an unqualified educator 8 years ago, and is now a fully qualified and experienced deputy manager of our Tunbridge Wells nursery. In her spare time, she loves to learn and explore new things and spend time with family.
Raised and educated in Scotland, Leanne holds an NVQ in childcare and education. Her journey in the childcare sector began after school, with the exception of a travel break. Now she's an active member of a local running group and enjoys boxfit in her spare time.
Rachel is a mum of 2 boys, and in her spare time, loves to explore the outdoors with them. She studied costume construction at university before switching gears and becoming an educator, a role she’s now held for over 10 years. She has an Early Years Teacher Status and feels privileged to be a part of the children’s learning journeys.
Tamara’s passion is to help children discover their unique strengths, especially in learning and decision making. She’s NVQ Level 3 and Management Level 3 qualified and has worked in early years for over 10 years. Outside of N, you will find Tamara out and about seeking to learn new things and make unforgettable memories… and taking photos at every opportunity.
