With over a decade of experience in the early years field and a BA Hons Early Childhood Degree, Leandra is passionate about creating enriching nursery environments and building strong relationships with both parents and children to foster a sense of family. In her personal life, she cherishes time spent with her two young children and finds joy in exploring new destinations with them through travel.

Saffron has been passionate about childcare since leaving school, starting her journey with an apprenticeship and working her way up through years of hands-on experience. Her love for teaching and caring for children first blossomed while tutoring her niece, which sparked a lifelong passion for making a difference in children's lives. Outside of work, Saffron is a big-time gamer!

Please note: A multi-day discount has been applied to all 4 and 5 day places. Fees are calculated based on the 51 weeks of the year that N is open, averaged into 12 monthly payments. Monthly payments will include bank and public holidays as well as inset days, which are payable in full in spite of closure, as our monthly staffing costs remain the same.

Fees include all food, drink, consumables and activities.
Fees are due in advance, and we issue invoices mid-month for the following month with Direct Debits taken on the 27th of each month. For Payments via Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers; fees are due by the last day of the month. Any fee increases will be communicated 2 months before affecting your invoice and are based on the nursery’s running costs.
You can extend the standard day (8-6pm) by up to an hour each way at the same hourly rate on a pay as you go basis - i.e. £14.80/hr for under 3s or £14.30/hr for 3 years+; equivalent to £3.70/15mins or £3.57/15mins.
With over 12 years in childcare, Avni has worked across a variety of roles, gaining rich and diverse experience. She is deeply passionate about making a positive impact on both children and their families, bringing warmth and a nurturing touch to every interaction. Outside of her professional life, Avni is an enthusiastic cook who finds great joy in preparing delicious meals for her family and friends.
To join the waiting list at N, parents are required to pay a waiting list registration fee of £350.
On accepting a place, this fee will become a non-refundable joining fee, and you’ll be asked to pay a £400 place acceptance fee, which will be deducted from your final invoice.
Our West Hampstead nursery opened back in 2019 and was rated Outstanding by Ofsted in 2021. Our space is packed full of features like an atelier, sensory lab, state-of-the-art mini kitchen and a purpose-built children’s stage for music, dressing up and expressive arts. The back garden has a water play zone, vegetable patch and a giant sandpit, while the front garden has a large undercover buggy park.

4-day plans (5% discount) and full-time plans (7.5% discount).
We offer a discount if you have two or more siblings in nursery at the same time (7%). The discount is applied to your eldest child's plan.
In cases of healthcare or childcare emergencies, we can offer up to a maximum of 5 emergency day swaps per year, subject to availability. An agreed emergency day swap is to be used in the same calendar month as the absence. Bank holidays and nursery closures are exempt.
Subject to availability, you can purchase extra ad hoc days at the standard daily rate. Ad hoc days can be booked a maximum of two weeks before the requested date.
