Terry began their journey in childcare 17 years ago as an apprentice and quickly discovered a true calling — bringing joy, warmth, and support to children, families, and colleagues alike.
Throughout their career, Terry has developed a deep love for mentoring others, supporting mental health and well‑being, and nurturing the passions and talents within the team. They firmly believe that a harmonious, successful environment is built when we open our hearts to constructive feedback, ongoing learning, and open communication.
