Passionate about ensuring every child gets the best start, she is also drawn to the business side of the sector, focusing on high-quality, inclusive services. She thrives in collaborative environments that prioritize both children's well-being and strong teams. Outside of work, she enjoys nature, Pilates, and exploring museums and theatre.
