I’ve accepted my place – what if I change my mind?

As our nursery services are bought by you either over the telephone, through the exchange of emails or our online portal, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.

You have 14 calendar days after we have received your acceptance fee and signed parent/guardian agreement and we have confirmed your sessions are secure.

However, once we have started the nursery services, whilst you will still have a right to cancel during the 14 day period, you must pay us for the services provided up until the time you tell us that you have changed your mind. After the 14 day period, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
