Rethinking Early Years Education
Here at N, we’re on a mission to rethink early years, offering a fresh educational outlook to prepare children for life in the modern world. Working with leading early years experts, we’ve blended our own unique curriculum, taking influence from a variety of learning philosophies including Reggio Emilia and Bruner. We were recently named the UK’s highest quality nursery group and we believe that our bespoke approach, combined with the learning outlined by the EYFS, supports all of our children to play and explore, be active learners and critical thinkers.

Ayeesha
Front of House Manager
Ayeesha is a true local, being born and raised in Surrey, Growing up, she always had a passion for working with children, and, even though she initially worked in the hospitality sector, she found her way back to the early years. She loves how rewarding it is to be creating a happy and inspiring environment for the children. Outside of work, she loves traveling, seeking new adventures outdoors with her dogs, or spending time with her friends.
Emma O.
Nursery Manager
Emma is an experienced professional, having worked in childcare for 25 years. She holds a L3 in Childcare and Education, and she achieved a first-class honours degree, which gave her an in-depth knowledge of children's development and how they learn. She is dedicated to providing every child with outstanding learning experiences and supporting them to reach their full potential in all areas of development. In her spare time, she likes to keep herself fit and healthy, and spend quality time with her friends and family.
Keely
Senior Support Manager
Keely's journey in childcare began 28 years ago when she worked as a Level 3 nursery nurse in school settings in North Wales, providing support to all year groups. In 2001, Keely moved South and found her passion in day nursery settings and completed her Early Years degree in childcare and education. She enjoys meeting with friends, going to the theatre, travelling, and indulging in a spa day during her free time. Keely is looking forward to meeting new people and making new connections.
Lacie
Assistant Deputy Manager
Lacie is passionate about early years and has dedicated herself to supporting children’s growth and development. She started her journey as part of the bank team, quickly discovering her love for working with children. She then moved into a full-time role, and after completing her Level 3, she became a room manager. Lacie loves watching children grow, explore, and develop their personalities, and enjoys bringing stories to life, sparking children’s imaginations, and helping them become confident, independent, and happy learners.

Under 3 years £110.50 per standard day
3 years+ £98.50 per standard day
Fees include all meals, snacks, formula for infants, nappies and trips.
Minimum attendance is 2 full days including a Monday or Friday. All conditions are subject to availability.

Whilst the Government funding is structured for 38 weeks of the year (term time), our places are for 51 weeks of the year and so the funded hours are stretched over the 51 weeks that we’re open. Applied over 51 weeks, the funding equates to 11.18 hours per week. The same principle applies for the 30 hour funding.
