Nursery Manager
Beata is a dedicated Early Years specialist with over 15 years of experience supporting children's development. She focuses on fostering strong relationships with children and parents, believing that open communication is key to trust and collaboration. Beata is especially inspired by children with additional needs, advocating for SEN families and helping every child thrive. Outside of work, Beata is a proud mum to two energetic boys, a bit of a petrol head, and the go-to handywoman in her family.
Deputy Nursery Manager
Ioana has over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, driven by her passion for creating nurturing environments where children can thrive. She holds certifications in Pediatric First Aid and Safeguarding Level 3, and has been proud to contribute to an Outstanding rating. Ioana loves mentoring her team and fostering a collaborative spirit. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, running cooking classes for children, traveling, and practicing yoga.
Minimum 2 full days including a Monday or Friday. Multi-day discounts have already been applied (see below for details). Funding: Please note, for 2-day plans your entitlement is capped at 20 hours, in line with your actual attendance. Fees last updated 28/10/2025

Please note: a multi-day discount has been applied to all 4 and 5 day places. For funded places, a discount has been applied to the additional charges (age group dependent and excluding 2 day places). Fees are calculated based on the 51 weeks of the year that N is open, averaged into 12 monthly payments. Monthly payments will include bank and public holidays as well as inset days, which are payable in full in spite of closure, as our monthly staffing costs remain the same.

3 years +: £85.00 per standard day
Fees include all food, drink, consumables and activities.
Fees are due in advance, and we issue invoices mid-month for the following month with Direct Debits taken on the 27th of each month. For Payments via Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers; fees are due by the last day of the month. Unfortunately there can be no refunds for sickness or holidays. Any fee increases will be communicated 2 months before affecting your invoice and are based on the nursery’s running costs.
You can extend the standard day (8-6pm) by up to an hour each way at the same hourly rate on a pay as you go basis - i.e. £9.50/hr for under 3s or £8.50/hr for 3 years+; equivalent to £2.38/15mins or £2.13/15mins.
Front of House Manager
As a mum of two, Daisy knows firsthand the joys (and challenges!) of parenting and the importance of a nurturing, supportive childcare environment. Having been an N Family parent herself, she experienced the exceptional care the N team provides—so much so that she was inspired to join them! With a background in Marketing and PR, Daisy is excited to bring her skills to the role, ensuring every family feels welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through the doors.
To join the waiting list at N, families are required to pay a waiting list registration fee of £250
On accepting a place, this fee will become a non-refundable joining fee, and you’ll be asked to pay a £400 place acceptance fee, which will be deducted from your final invoice.

Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, N Leatherhead is a spacious nursery split across two floors with lots of playrooms, and an awe-inspiring atelier for playing host to our N Extras. The nursery has an abundance of outdoor space, zoned into designated areas for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, a messy play area, and plenty of free space for garden toys and games.
We’re all about making things easier for our families, and our buggy safe-store does just the trick, along with an area for bikes and scooters and plentiful car parking. Even better, our N café will serve (much needed!) coffees and snacks, meaning you’ll be set up for the day in just the right way!

4 day plans (5% discount) and full time plans (7.5% discount).
We offer a discount if you have two or more siblings in nursery at the same time (7%). The discount is applied to your eldest child's plan.
In cases of healthcare or childcare emergencies we can offer up to a maximum of 5 emergency day swaps per year, subject to availability. An agreed emergency day swap is to be used in the same calendar month as the absence. Bank holidays and nursery closures are exempt.
Subject to availability, you can purchase extra ad hoc days at the standard daily rate. Ad hoc days can be booked a maximum of two weeks before the requested date.
