Nursery Manager
With over a decade of experience and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Anita is an enthusiastic educator dedicated to early years. She believes strong parent partnerships and effective communication are key to providing exceptional care. Known for her approachable nature, Anita fosters a sense of community while ensuring every child thrives in a joyful, enriching environment. Her professional ethos centres on building these vital family connections.

Deputy Nursery Manager
With over 15 years of experience in childcare, Karina is deeply passionate about understanding children's needs and supporting their development at every stage. Her approach centers on creating nurturing environments where children's well-being is the top priority. She places a strong emphasis on mindfulness, self-regulation, and emotional wellness, continually learning and evolving to provide the best possible care and guidance for both children and the team.

Please note: a multi-day discount has been applied to all 4 and 5 day places. For funded places, a discount has been applied to the additional charges (age group dependent). Fees are calculated based on the 51 weeks of the year that N is open, averaged into 12 monthly payments. Monthly payments will include bank and public holidays as well as inset days, which are payable in full in spite of closure, as our monthly staffing costs remain the same.

Fees include all meals, snacks, formula for infants, nappies, and trips.
Fees are due in advance, and we issue invoices mid-month for the following month with Direct Debits taken on the 27th of each month. For Payments via Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers; fees are due by the last day of the month. Unfortunately there can be no refunds for sickness or holidays. Any fee increases will be communicated 2 months before affecting your invoice and are based on the nursery’s running costs.
You can extend the standard day (8-6pm) by up to an hour each way at the same hourly rate on a pay as you go basis - i.e. £11.30/hr for under 3s or £10.30/hr for 3 years+; equivalent to £2.83/15mins or £2.58/15mins.

With over nine years of experience in early years education, Jade is deeply passionate about supporting children as they learn, grow, and reach important developmental milestones. She believes every child deserves a nurturing and engaging environment where they can explore, discover, and thrive. Outside of work, Jade loves travelling and exploring different countries, discovering new cultures, and gaining fresh perspectives.

Front of House Manager
Sunny has years of experience working in operational management, compliance and customer service. He is dedicated to his work and passionate about building strong relationships and positive experiences for families and the team. He loves exploring new places with his partner, Michael, and their two children, gardening and spending time with friends and family, as well as their two beloved pets, Oreo and Bossie.
To join the waiting list at N, parents are required to pay a waiting list registration fee of £300.
On accepting a place, this fee will become a non-refundable joining fee, and you’ll be asked to pay a £400 place acceptance fee, which will be deducted from your final invoice.
A sensitive restoration of an impressive period property, our Twickenham West nursery is filled with character while equally purpose-built to support every element of our early years curriculum. To ensure that all children develop a love of learning in the great outdoors, the nursery features a large garden – perfect for our Forest School experiences. There is also an on-site kitchen, a dedicated family area, and an N Café to make sure that your day gets off to the right start!

4-day plans (5% discount) and full-time plans (7.5% discount).

We offer a discount if you have two or more siblings in nursery at the same time (7%). The discount is applied to your eldest child's plan.

In cases of healthcare or childcare emergencies, we can offer up to a maximum of 5 emergency day swaps per year, subject to availability. An agreed emergency day swap is to be used in the same calendar month as the absence. Bank holidays and nursery closures are exempt.

Subject to availability, you can purchase extra ad hoc days at the standard daily rate. Ad hoc days can be booked a maximum of two weeks before the requested date.
