Banana cinnamon granola

Crumbly, crunchy and cinnamon-spiced. Have fun with all the textures and tastes of this breakfast granola from the N kitchen.

Ingredients:

100g oats

50g butter or coconut oil

1 ripe banana, blended

1/4 cup sultanas, blitzed in the food processor

2 tbsp plain flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1 pear, peeled and sliced

Directions:

Melt the butter or coconut oil and combine with other ingredients.

Press into a lined tin and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Allow to cool and crumble into pieces.

Sauté pears for 10-15 minutes until soft. Leave to cool and serve alongside the granola.
