Toasted crumpets for tea on cool autumn days? What a treat! Topped with cinnamon cream cheese, apple puree and berries this recipe is simply delicious!
4 crumpets
80g cream cheese
Cinnamon to taste
30g apple puree (made from tinned apple)
170g fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
Toast crumpets. Cut in half and divide into bowls.
Mix cream cheese, apple puree and cinnamon.
Prepare berries.
Serve each item separately.
