Paprika & garlic chicken wrap with roasted peppers

Treat your family to a delicious and wholesome meal with our Paprika & Garlic Chicken Wrap! Juicy chicken seasoned with smoky paprika and garlic, paired with roasted peppers—all wrapped in a soft tortilla. It’s a flavourful, fun-to-eat dish that everyone will love, perfect for busy weeknights or weekend lunches!

Ingredients:

1 tsp garlic powder
400g chicken breast fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground paprika
1 green pepper
½ white onion, chopped

To serve:

Pack of tortilla wraps (or a gluten-free alternative)
Tzatziki dip (or a plant-based alternative)
Tomato, cucumber and basil salad, or any salad you prefer!

 

Directions:

  1. In preparation, peel, slice and chop the onion, removing the core from the pepper and slicing into 1cm slices.
  2. In a bowl mix the garlic and paprika seasoning. Then rub the oil and spices over the chicken and bake in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes, ensuring that the chicken is cooked throughout.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, slice the chicken.
  4. In a pan cook the onions and pepper until soft.
  5. Once all the ingredients are prepared, assemble the wraps, adding the chicken, peppers, tzatziki and salad. Enjoy!
