Get your child involved in making this simple but tasty recipe for pear and raspberry crumble. They’ll have a great time making the crumble with their fingers or exercising their motor skills while carefully chopping the pears.
50g tinned pears
50g frozen raspberries
30g vegan butter
1 small ripe bananas
100ml plant cream
Create compote with raspberries and pears by bringing to a simmer and thickening with pinch of cornflour. Divide into dishes.
Create a crumble topping using flour, oats, vegan butter and bananas.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Whip plant cream and flavour with vanilla. Serve separately.
