30g Cream cheese
Small handful Basil
10g Fresh spinach
10g Sunflower seeds
10g Pumpkin seeds
1 Garlic clove
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
¼ Teaspoon Yeast Flakes
Lemon Juice to taste
Breadsticks
Blend together all the dip ingredients with a blender and finish with lemon juice.
Serve with Breadsticks and a glass of milk.
