Good for the heart, good for our bones, and good for the soul. This raspberry and apple chia pudding is a new firm favourite, not just for little mouths!
50g fresh or frozen raspberries
75g tinned apples
¼ cups chia seeds
300g Greek or coconut yoghurt
Make a compote by cooking raspberries and apples together for approximately 15 minutes.
Afterwards, add chia seeds, mix well, and allow the mixture to cool in the fridge.
Serve by dividing yoghurt into individual dishes and topping each with the chilled chia pudding.
