Spaghetti Pomodoro with Chicken Milanese

Our Spaghetti Pomodoro and crumbed Chicken Milanese are firm N family favourites. The tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and basil make a healthy (and delicious) sauce for the spaghetti. Enjoy 🍝

Ingredients:

40g red, yellow and orange peppers
40g Cherry tomatoes
80ml tomato passata
240g whole wheat spaghetti
320g chicken breast
Cornflour
Garlic powder
Paprika
Mild chilli powder
64g Breadcrumbs
1 sprig fresh basil
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Bread chicken breasts with seasoning and breadcrumbs and bake in a preheated oven until thoroughly cooked, about 25 minutes at 180° C.

While chicken is baking, boil spaghetti following the pack instructions and create your thick tomato sauce.

Saute onions, cherry tomatoes and peppers together for a few minutes till softened, before adding passata and basil. Blend with a stick blender and combine with cooked spaghetti.

Once chicken is cooked cut into strips and serve with spaghetti.
