Nursery Manager
Kristina started her childcare journey in 2008. She has since completed her Foundation degree and worked her way up to a manager role. She is passionate about working with children and providing them with the best early years education. She is a mom to 5-year-old twins, and in her spare time she loves going on trips to the park or seaside, and enjoys baking.
Deputy Nursery Manager
Emma is a native of London and has been working in the field of childcare for 22 years, specifically with 15 years of experience as a nursery deputy manager. She holds a foundation degree in early years, as well as an NVQ 3 in childcare. In her leisure time, she enjoys going to the theatre, indulging in retail therapy, and listening to live music.
Front of House Manager
Becky is a passionate ball of energy with a degree in Musical Theatre. She has a wealth of experience working in the hospitality industry and children’s entertainment, as well as charity and corporate events. She loves working with people of all backgrounds and broadening her perspectives. Becky is very family-oriented, loves figure skating and her motto is: it’s nice to be nice.

Please note: A multi-day discount has been applied to all 4 and 5 day places. For funded places, a discount has been applied to the additional charges. Fees are calculated based on the 51 weeks of the year that N is open, averaged into 12 monthly payments. Monthly payments will include bank and public holidays as well as inset days, which are payable in full in spite of closure, as our monthly staffing costs remain the same.

Fees include all food, drink, consumables and activities.
Fees are due in advance, and we issue invoices mid-month for the following month with Direct Debits taken on the 27th of each month. For Payments via Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers; fees are due by the last day of the month. Unfortunately there can be no refunds for sickness or holidays. Any fee increases will be communicated 2 months before affecting your invoice and are based on the nursery’s running costs.
You can extend the standard day (8-6pm) by up to an hour each way at the same hourly rate on a pay as you go basis - i.e. £10.00/hr for under 3s or £9.00/hr for 3 years+; equivalent to £2.50/15mins or £2.25/15mins.
To join the waiting list at N, families are required to pay a waiting list registration fee of £350.
On accepting a place, this fee will become a non-refundable joining fee, and you’ll be asked to pay a £400 place acceptance fee, which will be deducted from your final invoice.
Situated in an imposing detached Victorian villa on Dunbar Avenue and set back from the main road with original columns and stone lions adorning the entrance, our nursery has plentiful car parking via the carriage driveway and is an 11-minute walk from Elmers End train station – making drop-offs and pick-ups a breeze!
Seven large playrooms across three floors, all featuring natural light via original sash windows and rooflights, can be found off the impressive winding staircase with original stained glass window. While an atelier in the eaves will play host to our range of N Extras. Outside, at the rear of the nursery, there is a spacious enclosed garden complete with a designated messy play zone and independent baby area for our program of outdoor learning – a core part of the N Curriculum.
We’re all about making things easier for our families, and the generous buggy, bike, and scooter stores mean you can head off hands-free. Even better, our welcoming N Café will serve (much-needed!) coffee and snacks, meaning you’ll be set up for the day in just the right way!

4 day plans (5% discount) and full time plans (7.5% discount).
In cases of healthcare or childcare emergencies we can offer up to a maximum of 5 emergency day swaps per year, subject to availability. An agreed emergency day swap is to be used in the same calendar month as the absence. Bank holidays and nursery closures are exempt.
We offer a discount if you have two or more siblings in nursery at the same time (7%). The discount is applied to your eldest child's plan.
Subject to availability, you can purchase extra ad hoc days at the standard daily rate. Ad hoc days can be booked a maximum of two weeks before the requested date.
