An assortment of household items that can be used as “obstacles”: Pillows to jump or roll over
Set up your course - jump over the pool noodle, go through the cave, etc.
Demonstrate to your child what they are supposed to do by going through the obstacle course yourself. Have fun with it! On your marks, get set, GO!
For older children, to add more intrigue and challenge during the obstacle course, you could have them perform some sort of activity such as a puzzle or block structure after completing each obstacle.
