Blueberry, apple, vanilla and chia seed bircher

What you need

1¾ cup plant milk

2 cups porridge oats

50g chia seeds

¼ cup apple juice

1 tsp vanilla essence

⅓ cup blueberries

1 grated apple

⅓ cup coconut yoghurt

Method

  1. Combine the oats, chia seeds, milk, apple juice, vanilla and let the mixture sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. In the morning, remove from the bridge and add the grated apple – mix well.
  3. Top with blueberries and coconut yoghurt.
