Coconut porridge with pears and blueberries

There are so many delicious ways to switch up your morning oats and this is one of our faves, using creamy coconut yoghurt, crunchy chia seeds, poached pears and blueberries for a tasty twist.

Ingredients:

250 ml unsweetened plant milk
100 ml  coconut yoghurt
1tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup porridge oat
Vanilla extract (to taste)
50g apple puree
26g tinned pears
Handful of blueberries

Directions:

Heat up the milk and add your seeds, oat flakes and a splash of vanilla.

Stir until you get a thick but creamy porridge.

Stir through your apple puree and coconut yoghurt.

Poach pears separately and chop blueberries.

Serve porridge with fruit on top.
