Prep
Mix the dry herbs and spices to create a Cajun rub
Method
Coat the hake in the Cajun rub and bake in the oven until cooked throughout.
Add the carrot and sweet potato to a pan of water. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender. Drain and mash together.
Add the peas and broccoli to a pan of water and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
Flake the hake, checking for any bones.
Serve the hake, carrot and sweet potato mash and pea and broccoli separately.
