1. Saute the garlic and onion until soft
2. Add the cream cheese (or Violife) and melt it down.
3. Mix together the water and cornflour. Add to the cream cheese mixture to thicken, and stir in the lemon juice.
4. Boil and simmer the broccoli and pasta until cooked
5. Drain the pasta and broccoli, then stir through the cream cheese mixture.
