Ingredients

180g porridge oats (gluten-free, if desired)
160ml coconut milk
300ml water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
150g banana (about one medium banana)
150g strawberries

Directions

Combine the porridge oats, coconut milk, water, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon in a saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over low heat. Stir regularly to prevent the oats from sticking.
