Weekend fitness: Track Club with strength

Join Cynthia for a dynamic Track Club session every summer Saturday at 10am in Clissold Park. The 40 minute session will be a mix of running, circuits & strength training – combined to give you a well rounded weekend boost! Meanwhile one of our team will be on hand nearby to entertain your children!

This session will be immediately followed by a 40 minute pilates session for those who want to stretch out in the sunshine.

Location: Old Bowling Green in Clissold Park (the gated area between the fountain &  deer enclosure – not the gated area next to Clissold House!)
