After soft boiling a beetroot, cut half into sticks and blend the other half or mash with a fork.
First, let your child explore the sticks and demonstrate tapping the stick on the paper. Use the sticks to make different marks on the paper and allow your child to explore it with their mouth.
You can introduce the puree and let your child spread it on the paper, while exploring its texture and colour.
Feel free to add turmeric powder on the paper to change the colour.
